Terms of Service
This document describes the behaviour of the software as built.
These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have qualified counsel review them before you launch.
The service
Repliable AI reads enquiries arriving in a mailbox you connect and generates replies using the business information you provide.
You control whether replies are sent automatically, drafted for your approval, or paused entirely.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter. The assistant states what you tell it.
You are responsible for the replies sent from your mailbox, whether you approved them individually or enabled automatic sending.
You must have the right to connect the mailbox you connect, and to authorise automated replies from it.
You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, or for any unlawful purpose.
What the assistant will not do
It is built to refuse to invent prices, policies, availability or guarantees. Where required information is missing, it escalates the enquiry to you rather than guessing.
These safeguards are enforced in code, but no automated system is perfect. You should review your assistant's activity regularly, particularly when you first switch to automatic mode.
Billing
Subscriptions are monthly and charged in advance through Stripe.
You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
If a payment fails, we will continue the service for a short grace period while Stripe retries. If payment cannot be collected, access is suspended.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email processing depends on Google's APIs and on third-party AI providers, which may be unavailable at times outside our control.
Enterprise agreements may include a specific service level.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost profits.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that is used in a way that risks harm to recipients of email.
